We thank you for shopping with us at Bijou Siglo XXI, the home of quality Spanish Fashion Jewellery. We truly hope you love your purchase but in case you want to return it, we are pleased to offer a refund or exchange on any of our fashion jewellery items returned in a saleable condition up to 7 days after purchase with a receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty and under warranty.
Return procedure: Should you wish to return any item purchased on our website www.bijousigloxxistore.com, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition and you send it to us up to 7 days after purchase with a receipt . Simply send it back to us in its original packaging (bag, box, etc.) including a note with your order number, contact telephone number, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Please note that – unless the product is faulty or defective – you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
